Today I nailed my first GOOD score on my Quest To Be Decent. As Ronnie Coleman would say – YEAH BUDDY!
No milestones today. I thought for sure I was going to nail Good status on the pull-ups. Nope.
As predicted in Part 2, I nailed the Dips. I focused on three exercises today.
Yesterday I outlined my Quest To Be Decent. Today I tackled four more exercises.
